Lately my friends and I have been dining out on most nights and I've been eating ice-cream , waffles, cakes and drinking milkshakes nearly everyday justifying that its my dessert. They diagnosed me as a sweet tooth but I quickly jumped into my defense saying I don't eat chocolates or have sugar in my coffee; coming up with all sorts of excuses. Thinking of it now, I think am truly a sweet tooth. 2018 was supposed to be the year I eat clean but with this kind of eating am far from that resolution 2 months down the line.
I've decided to cut down on my sugar intake and luckily I came across a healthy sweet- the parfait. I've been having it now as a snack between my meals and sometimes to satisfy my sugar cravings. Trust me, its darn good. I decided to try my own recipe keeping it 100% healthy and it turned out well. I hope you guys will try it and fall in love with it.
